Pozole, which means hominy, is a traditional soup that originates from interior Mexico. It is made in a tomatillo and Poblano broth with chicken and white hominy. Topped with fresh radishes and avocado.
Pork carnitas is a traditional dish that originates from the state of Michoacan, Mexico and is made by simmering the meat in lard for hours until tender. Served with a side of rice, beans, pico de gallo, and fresh homemade tortillas.
